Faith Foundations classes – Spring 2025
These classes have a twofold purpose:
1) Preparation for membership into King of Kings Lutheran
2) Existing members are gladly welcomed should they desire to participate and become acquainted with the brothers and sisters preparing to join our Christian Fellowship.
Starting date: February 6th.
Time: 7:00 p.m. on Zoom
Curriculum: “I Have Good News for You!” by Pastor Donaldo Ginkel
Number of lessons: 10 or more, (No classes will be held during the Lenten season, that is between March 5th and April 24th.
Topics:
- How do we know there is a God? What do we know about Him?
- How did we fall away from God?
- What is the Bible? What about the Commandments?
- What about a Savior who truly saves us!
- What does the Holy Spirit do?
- What is Baptism? Who needs baptism?
- What is Communion?
- What about a devotional life which blesses us!
- What is prayer? The petitions of the Lord’s Prayer.
- What about forgiveness of sins! Who can forgive sins?
- What about Stewardship and giving?
- What about a life which never ends?
- The rapture and the second coming of Christ.
